John is a Los Angeles based cinematographer.  He fell in love with making moving images when he started filming skateboarding at an early age.  Since, he has developed his eye, first as a student at the University of Michigan, then while working professionally in LA.  He believes in the power of storytelling, is an eager collaborator, and embraces all of the challenges of shooting with an enthusiastic spirit.
